Terms of service
The rules for this site and the demo line.
Short, because a website needs fewer rules than a phone line does. The service a business buys is governed by the agreement it signs at sign-up; this page covers everything else — the site, the forms, and the number you can call to hear the product.
01
What these terms cover
These terms are between you and Cilicia AI LLC (“Cilicia”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. They apply to this website, to the demonstration phone line published on it, and to the forms on it. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
A business that forwards its phone line to Cilicia signs a separate Services Agreement during sign-up. That agreement, not this page, governs the service we run for the business, its prices, and how either side ends it; where the two differ, the agreement wins.
02
The demo line
The demo line exists so you can hear the product answer a call. It is connected to a demonstration property, and it is a real system: it will take a reservation and text a confirmation. Treat what it takes as a demonstration unless the property confirms the booking to you directly. Do not use the demo line for anything urgent, and never for an emergency.
Calls to the demo line are recorded and transcribed, and the line says so when it answers. We use those calls to test and improve the product.
03
Calls we answer for a business
Cilicia is software. When it answers a call for a hotel, restaurant, café, council or clinic, it does so on that business’s behalf: the booking, the table, the appointment or the answer is the business’s, made under its own prices, availability and policies. Any question about a booking, a cancellation, a refund or a stay is between you and that business.
Payments happen on the business’s own payment provider, through a link the system texts to you. Cilicia never asks for a card number on the phone, never stores card details, and is not a party to the payment.
Cilicia is not a hotel, a restaurant, a travel agency, a healthcare provider or a payment institution, and nothing it says on a call is medical, legal or financial advice.
04
Acceptable use
- Do not use the demo line, the forms or the site to harass anyone, to test another company’s systems, or to make bookings you do not intend to keep in bad faith.
- Do not try to make the system reveal another caller’s information, bypass its safeguards, or act outside what a front desk would do.
- Do not send automated traffic to the forms or the line, scrape the site, or probe it for weaknesses without our written agreement.
- Do not copy the site’s text, design, sounds or code for another product.
We may block any connection or number that breaks these rules.
05
Ownership and trademarks
The site, the product, the voice flows, the written answers and the code behind them belong to Cilicia AI LLC or its licensors. “Cilicia AI” and “Cilicia” are our marks. Other names on the site — including Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, PolyAI, IHG and Crowne Plaza — belong to their owners; they are named to describe what we use or compare against, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Crowne Plaza Englewood is an independent demonstration property.
You may quote the site briefly, with a link back. Anything more needs our written agreement.
06
No warranty
The site and the demo line are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of error, that the AI will answer every question correctly, or that a demonstration booking will be honoured. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude every warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
07
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cilicia AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the demo line. Our total liability for anything arising from this website or the demo line is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
A business that uses the service has its own remedies under its Services Agreement; this section does not change them.
08
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be heard by the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, write to us; most problems are solved with one email.
09
Changes and contact
We may change these terms as the product changes; the date at the top of the page is the date of the last change, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions: email law@getcilicia.com or write to Cilicia AI LLC, 5830 East 2nd Street, #3303, Casper, WY 82609, United States.
