Cilicia AI LLC was founded in 2026 in Wyoming. We build one thing: an AI switchboard for the places whose phone never stops — hotels, restaurants, cafés, councils and clinics. It answers in the caller’s own language, finishes the booking or the request from start to finish, and writes the day onto one screen the manager reads in the morning. That is the whole company.

The fastest answer is the one already written
Most voice systems send every sentence to a model and wait. We write the business’s own answers before the phone ever rings, in every language we speak, and only what is genuinely new reaches a model.
The desk keeps the calls that need a person
A complaint, an odd request, anything clinical, someone who just wants a human — those belong to your staff. We are trying to give the desk its attention back, not replace it.

Cilicia answers real calls today at Crowne Plaza Englewood, our demonstration property in New Jersey — a real hotel, a real phone number, real guests booking real rooms. Everything you read on this site was measured there. We are a young company, and we would rather you called the line and judged it yourself than take our word for anything.
