Teach the AI in a sentence

Most of what a front desk knows is not in the PMS. The elevator on the east wing is slow. Breakfast runs until eleven on Sundays. The parking garage takes cards only. Cilicia’s “Train the AI” page is a list of plain sentences, and the agent reads them live.

• Write it like you would say it. No forms, no fields. A note is a sentence.
• It applies immediately. The next call already knows.
• Delete it when it stops being true. Notes are dated, so stale ones are easy to spot.
