How to go live

• Forward your number. Cilicia sits behind the number your guests already know. Nothing on your website or your signage changes.
• Describe the property. Room types, rates, check-in times, parking, breakfast. The panel asks the questions a new front-desk hire would ask on day one.
• Choose your bundles. Breakfast, late check-out, a skyline floor. Cilicia offers one — never two — at the moment the guest says yes.

Who this is for

Independent and franchised hotels between fifty and three hundred rooms — the properties where the same person checks a guest in, answers the phone and settles a complaint, often at the same time. If your night shift is one person, Cilicia is the second.

A room is booked only on a clear yes. “Let me think” releases the hold and nothing is charged.

What it costs

Nothing up front. Cilicia takes ten percent of the revenue it books over the phone — a booking that would otherwise have rung out. Chains and properties with a PMS get a flat monthly plan with OPERA Cloud integration, a multi-property view and a dedicated onboarding.
